This is just my opinion, but Gundam 00 was awesome to watch for the first season. The second season is an abomination though, as was the second half of the movie. I hated most other Gundam animes. You watched 6 episodes, so I don't blame you, you gave it a fair shot. ;)

Actually, the sad truth is that some releases are more expensive than those of SHFs, while the SHF exclusives are mostly new sculpts or retools, the Robot Spirits (I'll use that term for the time being) has more color variations than new/retooled sculpts.

Aa a gundam Fanboy ( I have over 100 kits of various scales and plenty on MSIA's - really plenty), Is 00 worth watching? I have not seen anything post-ZZ/Char's Counter Attack and was wondering how interesting 00 seems to be.

@carnut015 personally, i would skip season 1, read a summary of it, and go straight to season 2. imo, season 1 is like a prequel and the story doesnt really begin till season 2. and a lot of weird and/or stupid stuff happens in season 1 that dont in season 2

OMG were the first 6 episodes to boring Gundam 00 is a great show it is my Favourite second Is Seed then Seed Destiny you should watch it you will not be dissapointed. What show have you bean watching space pirates and amazons they were never in 00 they are called GN Sword II Gun Blades the series is only 26 episodes long and season 2 is the same please review the others.

Why are the 00 Gundam Robot Damashii's GN Condensers ( The clear domes on the elbows, wrists, and knees. ) blue? They're supposed to be a green or a very dark green.

@aegisgundam725 the 00 seven sword version has the correct colored domes as well as a bunch of articulation improvements and much more accurate head and chest antennas. and it comes with parts to make it anime accurate, so don't worry about that (except for the gn shields)

I admit, I haven't seen beyond the first season of 00 myself, but I have a personal bias against people who jump into a franchise with little more than the basics in mind. I'm of a mindset that believes if you are going to get into stuff like gundam, transformers, brave, ect. that you should learn as much as possible about the shows and stories and mechanics before ya go shooting yer mouth off.

That said, it detracts from my enjoyment of this video, but I'm willing to give you props for humor.

I have nothing against that. The Turn A designs are all very... unique. To be honest I'm more hooked on early UC era Gundam designs, but if there are any other mechs I wanna get into I just look them up @ MAHQ or Wikipedia before I rant about how awesome they are.

I think G Gundam is a bit of an exception. I mean, a Football-style gundam that changes into a Boxer? A horse-gundam piloted by a horse, and ridden by its master? That said, yeah, G Gundam is crazy as heck, but despite their blandness, that's what makes them somewhat cool; they're kinda cool in a realistic way, but not as much as the Valkyries from Macross...

As for 00, I wouldn't call it amazing, but it's a good action show, with some great production values.  It really picks up about 1/2 way through the first season, when it's not just the gundams owning everything.
