so if a nakira noun is negated dat means the whole genus of dat ism is negated?

@islam4ppl yes, unless an exception exists in the sentence. e.g if we take the same negated sentence in the video and add the sifah wahidun to rajulun. this would make the indefinite noun refer to one man only and not the genus.
