ok. well you said 'these' kangaroos are all farmed, not 'supermarket' meat kangaroo is all farmed. so it sounded like you were implying this dead kangaroo was farmed. This is a wild kangaroo that is now roadkill being eaten by an eagle, which is a different matter entirely
its nice to eat, have had some great dishes at resteraunts, where they usually cook it quite rare. i wouldnt take my chances cooking one from the wild, hear they have worms and all, but the farmed ones at the shopping centre are cheap, and taste great.
That guy is easily comparable to a giraffe. Look a that huge body and long neck. Just wow.

Actually, kangaroo is much like eating deer X Beef. It's quite ordinary to eat. It is very healthy too, fat free.
You cook it on high heat for a short time. Takes a few goes to get right. Kangaroo steaks don't look like beef steaks, unfortunately
Enjoy !

Yeah. I am aussie, living in norway.
We eat roo all the time in australia from Woolies. You have to cook it rare or else it goes dry and hard.
My parents own a large cattle property in western QLD and the roos there are full of worms.
Best to buy it at woolies and cook it fast on high heat and cover it with sauce to hide the blood.
Anyway, i like eating roo. We can actually buy it in the shops in sweden and norway so we get it over here too. I have introduced a few friends to it.
