Talked to the guy there, the wheel that took the hit was destroyed and the driver's side rear wheel looked a little toed out. He drove the car after he swapped the front wheel and later broke an axle, the one on the rear wheel that took the hit. May or may not have been related. This guy also drove the car up from NYC, probably 3 hrs or so, and last I knew he was driving home with only one axle in. Hope you made it home safe man!

hit it with his tire...it was turned so it stuck out further and touched the barrier instead of the body...you can see the mark left by the tire
