@psolarhidi ----->being able to squat at least 2.5 times your bodyweight was a prerequisite to even do plyometrics, for your connective tissue to be able to handle them and to maximize their effectiveness. Strength is the foundation of all in sports, the base on which all other athletic qualities are developed.
