glad you solved it! i found your problem when I was searching for "wii low fps". my Wii is slow with all games I have here, I mean, I can play Mario Kart Wii in single-player mode without problems, but multiplayer mode looks like 30fps or less. It also happens when I play GameCube games. I don't understand what's wrong with my Wii, since I already tried the "format Wii system memory" thing... I'll try to play Mario Kart Wii in other Wiis to see if the problem is in my console.

Problem solved. Switching from the scart cable to component cable solved it somehow!

hi, i usually get this lag when my wii memory is low, i dont know why , but when it is lower than 300ish it makes this, hope this helps you
