  • @ganthonyvr If you wanna build muscles you have to eat alot.

    Because if you want to get bigger you have to get more calories than you body needs.So eat things that are high in Protein like chicken,turkey,red meat,shrimps,fish...and milk is also good if you drink low fat milk:)

    And if you eat a lot carbs at the moment like pasta or bread try to cut you carbs.

    Some do, it's not all protein you have to eat around your tdee in calories because the process of muscle growth itself takes calories. Most bodybuilders prefer good fats like olive oil and peanut butter though because they offer more of a benefit to tesosterone levels.

    People are out to live upto 35. Best example are women. They are fertile between 20-30. After that shouldn't have kids and loose vitality very quickly.

    3% body fat? That's totally unnatural. People need fat to survive long periods of food shortages.

    Only the modern technology allows us to live longer and do sports for no reason. If we were to live in the forrest hunting deer and searching for berries every single day of our lives (just as people have done until 2-3k years ago)

As well as thousands of threads that can be viewed and searched with 1,000 times more info than youtube.

  • @rockhead2245 i forget what i posted about to be honest, but for a newbie 99% of the time theyre not gonna have a fucking clue till they get about a year or two of fucking up under their belt. about a year ago i was doing cardio everyday, eating 3 giant size meals of mostly processed crap. sum people act its like im a fucking moron for not being born with this knowledge. it aint rocket science, but eating 6-8 meals like this a day is work.

  • @slickboyLA i got a gym membership about 8 months ago so yea i lift, but could i keep doing my routine and put on 10 or 15 pounds of fat? hell yeah. i dont know what i am, ectomorph, endo morph whatever, im the type thats gotta have the diet in check or fuck the hole weightlifting thing. i wont even touch a weight till i have bout 2 meals in me, one usually 3 eggs and toast, and one probably being oatmeal with whey powder.

The reason you spread out your meals is so your body can have time to, and constantly be digesting and breaking down the food to get the best usage of its nutrients. If you over eat your going to just shit out all that protein or your body will store it as fat. 150grams? more like 1-2grams of protein per pound of bodymass depending on how hardcore u are. If u weight 180pounds I suggest 30grams or protein 8 times a day which is like 1.3grams a pound

And as far as my body using 200 grams I'm putting a consistent amount of them in to allow my muscles to have consistent food throughout the day and night...

  • @Baller527 No, high glycemic foods. you can eat 8 small meals a day, but you have to almost eliminate the sugar and the starchy carbs. i used to eat a couple protein bars a day and call it a meal, because their ready made, you just peel the rapper off and its 30g of protein or whatever, but the protiens not worth all the bad carbs and sugar.

  • You said above that Jasmine rice is a simple carb... are you 100% sure about that? I'm not trying to flame, but Jasmine and Basmati are both polished long grain rices. Jasmine has a higher GI than most other rices but it's still a long grain complex carb if I'm not mistaken.

  • If you are having trouble getting in your calories, I would switch to a low-carb, higher fat diet. It will improve your hormones (especially testosterone), it's not boring like chicken and rice, and most of the proper foods are calorie dense.
