I have nothing but contempt for this person, who is attacking the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

Should this bill pass the Senate, it will surely be signed into law by the very same progressive, Barack Obama.

Why doesn't the gov't find the thousands of radical terrorist cells that exist in almost all states in the Union? There are purportedly terror cells in 40 states. Why don't we ferret them out?

That's not really it. They're now making thought and speech a crime. The bill says "violence or force." I find that a bit curious since "force" can mean persuasion through speech.

Kucinich voted NO, Ron Paul was one of the NO VOTEs

It could read 404(Yes), 7(No), 21(No Vote), but that

or can see a intention summary of how other Congressmen

are planning on voting and decide whether or not it's worth flying in to debate an issue. He did get to say his opinion about the bill and that's probably all we could hope for.

Read the legislation on THOMAS and then look up the definition of force. One definition is intellectual arguments. Seriously, the law is far to open to interpretation and the protection of civil liberties within it is very vague.
