@robinhoodtn1 I did 3 years in prison, 1 year in supermax. I was locked in a cell stark naked for 8 days without food or water, I had to drink the water in the toilet to survive. That happened at MCTC in Hagerstown Maryland. At supermax, MCAC, 401 East Madison Street, Baltimore MD, the pigs beat and stomped me and broke my rib. They did that sort of thing every day to other people as well. 90% of MD inmates are black and poor. The American "justice" system is crap, just my opinion.

I agree and you are right to some extent. My Dad was a criminal defense attorney his whole life after he left the USN after Korea. He was STAUNCHLY against the death penalty after the state of North Carolina put a man to death and later, another confessed to the crime on his death bed. It always stayed with him. I think that if there is NO doubt at all, get rid of them. If they're on video or the forensics and credible eyewitnesses SEE it.....do them and do them quick.
