Actually the proper name of the fanfare is "Sonic Boom #2." It was written by Blake Gaines back in the early 80's when he was a student there.

The original version comes from Blake Gaines in my crab year '81. I rewrote this current version in the late 80's out of what I remembered from Blake's version.
