watson actually thinks much deeper and compares far too much useless information to come up with its simple answer, we use images and word association to come up with the answer much faster

Why doesn't IBM put their computer under the same load as the human brain so it will be a fair fight. If they are going to brag about beating a human then they should have made it a fair fight. Only complete idiots would buy that the computer beat the human brain cuz everyone knows the human brain processing all sorts of things while its coming up with the answers to the questions its only fair to have the computer doing the same so its true head to head comparison.

@DarkBioCloud Hi there - You are right that it could not be a true like-for-like comparison - but Nobody is claiming that this computer can beat the human brain - what IBM have done is write a program for a computer to answer jeopardy questions in natural language - fast and well - but even in the show there are many examples where Watson could not understand what was being asked.
