I like Kara Dioguardi's unplugged version of this song much better. Not that Kat doesn't do a good job but I just thing the song itself sounds better acoustic. It has a much more personal, stripped down, raw feeling to it when Kara sings it. I do love Kat but they made a great song very "poppy" in this version :o(

It's so odd... Marie' Digby & Katherine McPhee Swapped places for their sophomore album's. They both picked up where one another left off. Katherine did more R&B Her First Record and now she's more folk/pop. Marie Digby was folk/pop now she's R&B this time around. Such a coincidence how this happend.

I like this version...it's very pop. I prefer Kara, Mitch and David's edgier version. Kara's vocals are more soulful and her tone suits the song more. That's just my opinion though but i'm glad someone is releasing this song as it deserves to be heard and out there! So thanks Katharine! You'll make Kara, Mitch and David proud!

mmm first of all obviously since Kara writes these songs, she performs them the way they are supposed to be. Then the performers who make the songs theirs perform them that way with their own voice. And that's not really true, there were more high notes in Kara's that I wish Kat had done, plus you can tell in Kat's that it has a bit different vibe. and some notes are diffrent. Kara wrote Celine's "Taking Chances" and they both sounds the same too so that's how it's supposed to be.
