@Kpeg9 No. Phantom is new elegant thief who can steal skills and not feel bad about it since he has his own strong skills too. He uses canes and cards as weapon and gets buffs from cards. I think its simply the most over powered job yet but there will be nerfing on him. He just got released in KMS.
