It is recommended not to touch the flower because if you get the pollen on your hand at that time, then inadvertantly touch your eye or mouth, you could be poisoned. I've never ingested this plant, but seem to be developing a special relationship with her. She grows all around my neighborhood, beautiful and free.

I feel sorry for anyone who messes around with this stuff. There is no 'right dose'; either you get really sick or you become delirious and talk to invisible people and stumble around. Anyone who's done it will tell you it's more like being poisoned than being high or tripping. If you dose high enough, you'll end up in the hospital for health problems (urinary retention for example) or locked in an observation room for your behavior. Don't learn the hard way people!

@DritonGusia my first time I took 20 but that's a low dose I would usually take 45 for a trip the most I ever took was 60 pills but I don't recamend more then 30 till you get used to it I would pop 45 benadryl every other nigh for a few months so try about 15 to 20 and see how you feel

I grow all different kinds of Datura plants, Brugmansia, Atropa, Scopola, and Hyoscyamus also. The true "Jimson Weed", Datura strammonium, has green stems and white flowers. It's cousin D. strammonium var. tatula has purple stems and purple flowers. There is Datura Metel both double flowered in gold and purple from India as well as D. meteloides from S. California. I think that Datura is a true hallucinogen where the visions and delirium it produces makes it difficult to distinguish things.

@KripDrip All of the plants you have listed above are members of the Nightshade Family (the same family as potato, tomato, eggplant, tobacco, Atropa belladonna).
The main thing to remember is that the concentration of alkaloids varies from leaf to leaf, etc.. I don't know about "Hells Bells", but Datura stramonium and D. stramonium var. tatula may look the same in structure but not in color.The greatest danger is in the roots of Atropa due to apoatropine. Brugmansia was once called tree datura.

its not pleasent, like i said in the vid it is a poison. if you must do a deleriant i reccomend benadryl considering its harder to OD on. start off with 6 25 mg pills. but if you want a "pleasent" high thats legal and extremely easily obtainable, go for salvia splendens (red sage) iv tried it and it was nice. nothing like divinorum. it gave me a sort of floaty euphoric feeling wich is somewhere between a low dose of opium and marijuana. you can buy it at almost any nursery, so have fun!

Start on a low dose which will probably do nothing, wait 2hrs then increase. It might be worth having a friend to watch over you if you intend to take it far, and an emergency number on standby just in case. Good luck. PS. You could also brew a tea from the leaves, that will also give you a consistant strength.
Dipenhydramine can definately kill you. Especially since you build up a tolerance and go from 16 to 20 in a few weeks. Plus from what I hear its not a pleasant high. Diphenhydramine HCL is not a fun drug, period. Even looking at a box of Unisom or Benadryl has a nauseating effect...I will gag. I'm plus half a century old now but about 17-18 years old I was "given" a very strong datura tea and I was lucky to get home without police trouble since the so called friends left me in the streets while they went into a bar. Even 5 min. after the intake there was no way that I could go into a bar. I am glad I experienced datura for just 1 trip!

If you mix with morning glories and/or nutmeg you will seriously get fucked up...you will see words change to alphabet soup, and strongly atheist people become religious....scary. At high doses you will look at shadows and not be able to differentiate between them and solid objects, and you will experience vertigo (not fun). Primary effect at low doses is EXTREME dry mouth and reduction in anxiety. Not healthy, not fun, not recomended. Only use I can imagine is to dry runny mucus membranes.

@quietearthtube Actually, I should have been more specific. At particular phases in the flower's cycle, it may be releasing pollen, which if ingested, is deadly poison. It is recommended not to touch the flower because if you get the pollen on your hand at that time, then inadvertantly touch your eye or mouth, you could be poisoned. I've never ingested this plant, but seem to be developing a special relationship with her. She grows all around my neighborhood, beautiful and free.

I feel sorry for anyone who messes around with this stuff. There is no 'right dose'; either you get really sick or you become delirious and talk to invisible people and stumble around. Anyone who's done it will tell you it's more like being poisoned than being high or tripping. If you dose high enough, you'll end up in the hospital for health problems (urinary retention for example) or locked in an observation room for your behavior. Don't learn the hard way people!

I grow all different kinds of Datura plants, Brugmansia, Atropa, Scopola, and Hyoscyamus also. The true "Jimson Weed", Datura strammonium, has green stems and white flowers. It's cousin D. strammonium var. tatula has purple stems and purple flowers. There is Datura Metel both double flowered in gold and purple from India as well as D. meteloides from S. California. I think that Datura is a true hallucinogen where the visions and delirium it produces makes it difficult to distinguish things.

@KripDrip All of the plants you have listed above are members of the Nightshade Family (the same family as potato, tomato, eggplant, tobacco, Atropa belladonna).
The main thing to remember is that the concentration of alkaloids varies from leaf to leaf, etc.. I don't know about "Hells Bells", but Datura stramonium and D. stramonium var. tatula may look the same in structure but not in color.The greatest danger is in the roots of Atropa due to apoatropine. Brugmansia was once called tree datura.

doing datura is like having a dream in real life. it can be a good funny and pleasent dream, a neutral one, or your worse nightmare. i did it some days ago and id say it was an ok trip that one. i spend all time talking with my friends in the living room (i was alone at home) and then watching them disappear....the bad thing was the day and half after because i coudnt focus my eyes and read anything.

I've read all the comments, and I'm confused about whether I should try it or not. I'm very inexperienced with drugs (although I've done inhalants, never doing them again) but I want to know what this would feel like. If I tried it, would I get high from 2 or 3 flowers/leaves? And would it be dangerous to try only 2 or 3 flowers/leaves? I'm too young to die from stuff like this, but I'm extremely curious about it.

its not pleasent, like i said in the vid it is a poison. if you must do a deleriant i reccomend benadryl considering its harder to OD on. start off with 6 25 mg pills. but if you want a "pleasent" high thats legal and extremely easily obtainable, go for salvia splendens (red sage) iv tried it and it was nice. nothing like divinorum. it gave me a sort of floaty euphoric feeling wich is somewhere between a low dose of opium and marijuana. you can buy it at almost any nursery, so have fun!

if you ever decide to try it i would suggest that you be patient and better try it 10 times slowly increasing the dosage than one time and end up on psychiatry... and it would be better if you could make lets say one liter of datura brew and experiment with THAT SAME brew, cos if you eat leaves and flowers you never know how much damage will that exact flower/leaf do cos active compounds are randomly spread inside a plant..
be patient, be smart and know as much you can before you do anything!

@PsychicGirl25 The seeds are the most powerful part, as they all vary in strength I woiuld crush and mix a load up, so that half a teaspoonful is consistently the same strength. Start on a low dose which will probably do nothing, wait 2hrs then increase. It might be worth having a friend to watch over you if you intend to take it far, and an emergency number on standby just in case. Good luck. PS. You could also brew a tea from the leaves, that will also give you a consistant strength.

Dipenhydramine can definately kill you. Especially since you build up a tolerance and go from 16 to 20 in a few weeks. Plus from what I hear its not a pleasant high. Idk, or care seeing as if you are going to do a hallucinogen, one should do mushrooms. But that isn't very smart either, cuz they are illegal although safer then aspirin and acetaminophen.

Diphenhydramine HCL is not a fun drug, period. Even looking at a box of Unisom or Benadryl has a nauseating effect...I will gag. I developed anticholinergic syndrome: itchy skin, extremely high temp, delerium, and terrifying hallucinations (auditory were the worse because I couldn't make out anything from the real world). I started taking it for sleep, months later I was taking nearly 1g (1,000mg). Unwise, and this is from someone it crept up on...I cut this shit out immediately...bleck. :<
