The Bruins deserved the Cup. Maybe next year Vancouver, but this was Boston's year to win. They absolutely manhandled you guys in all their wins.

Down 2-0 the the Blackhawks, they tie up the series, but lose the next 2.
But yeah, there were WAY more memorable runs...

@77HeIix New Jersey always loses in the first round, because Brodeur's been done for years.
Montreal's runs with Patrick Roy were more memorable, especially when they set the record for OT wins and they were down against Quebec.
Philly's run was memorable, but Montreal's was just as special last season. They knocked off the #1 seed and then the defending Cup champions while being the 8th seed. To say Philly's was the greatest ever is a huge stretch. Detroit and others have had better ones.

Of course, my Capitals do as expected (even if we somehow won the series, we probably wouldn't have gone too much further). I'm not going to say OMG We lost and I thought we should have won all 4 because I knew the Lightning was going to come out strong against us, I actually somewhat (and rightly) feared this match up.
