He was cursed with immortality by Thanos on top of his healing factor, so he REALLY can't die. At all. Ever.

He can regrow anything. If you burn him to ash and then keep burning the ashes then you can incapacitate him but, as soon as the flames go out, he'll be back up, good as new.

Hes also been liquified into a pool of flesh and he just reformed after a while. I think in the lastest issue hes trying to get the hulk to kill him since everything has failed.

A single cell remained of Wolverines body, and he regenerated his entire body back, completely. As if nothing had happened. The only real way (except for 'keeping the head' seperate from the body) to kill Wolverine is to vaporize every single cell, atom for atom. That would require a being that has control over the molecular structure, such as Galactus--
