Curious how no one on the show has ever been willing to confirm nor deny whether Chuck actually IS God or not.....not until here, right before the S6 finale? Think we will see Chuck return to give Cas the smackdown for S7?

I missed the disappearance of Chuck the first time I watch the finale. Watched it a couple months later, he disappeared, and I'm like, "Whoa! He was God!!!" Had no idea the whole dispute about Chuck being or not being God was even happening. Glad it's finally confirmed. Maybe God-Chuck will show up in Season Seven.
Me and My friend where watching 'Swan Song' when it aired, and when he disappeared we both shouted "WHAT! Is he God?!" We never even thought of him being God, when we where trying to guess early on in Season 5!
