  • My friend of thirty years, Dondi the Elephant, died last year. She touched the heart of millions working all her life with her human family. Yet in the last few years they were harassed endlessly by animal do-gooders. They don't realize that the Human/ elephant (particularly the Indian elephant) cooperation is prehistoric. It would be like telling a dog or horse owner that they should set them free.
