@TheChaosKhan And by that do you mean the NTSC version? The versions are the same in almost every way it's just mostly the dark aeons NTSC doesn't have.

@Zashtheman there is no difference in getting super weapons, aeons, blizball, and adventure in general right? yes im aware that int version have dark aeons and super boss

@TheChaosKhan It's all there as I remember. The difference was mostly some bug fixes and the dark aeons.

Oh and there's also a huge buff to omega in the ruins in the PAL version. Not sure if it's in the international even.

What frame rate were you getting when running+recording this in pcsx2? I know that the game is recorded at the full 50fps, but what was the runtime frame rate? I considered doing a lets play of FFX in HD but unfortunately I it was unplayable when recording (don't have a particularly monstrous CPU)

@bleauh I had 50 fps at most times, but it could drop a little here and there.

You gotta use speedhacks with newer versions to make it work if you don't have great CPU.

I mean I got like 5 annotations about stuff right away so noone has to ask / wonder why.

I can hear, by the sound of the game, that you are using PSX2 or some other PS2 Emulator. I've been trying to use this and I wanted to play my PS2 Final Fantasy X game on the computer. I think my CD got some scratches on it - maybe that's why the ISO I get from the CD wont work after 30 - 40 sek. Choppy sound... And later on - the first fight the emulator finds out its missing something and crashes. Thereby I cannot continue....

Can you help me?

@f2army Yes, PCSX2.

Well, I can probably only help with any settings and such. I never got any errors like that so there's probably a good chance it's a bad ISO.

Either buy a new one or try and make an ISO again. Or I suppose you could be a pirate ...yarr.. and get it another way, but I can't help you on that since it's 'illegal'.

Yes. You can make it look even better by raising resolutions. I had to limit it for the recording to 720p but you can raise it way higher.

The difference is Standard is a lot easier to use and navigate through, whilst the Expert one offers more freedom of choice where you go but is easier to make mistakes with.

If you haven't played this before I recommend Standard.

I do like the Expert one a lot more though myself.
