:) the last week of my contracts class, someone raised their hand and asked what exactly a contract was. We all had the same question.

Needless to say, the E&E saved my butt, taught me all about offer and acceptance. And, the night before the final I looked at my notes, and never once was there a formal mention of "acceptance."

:) That's the problem of starting w/ remedies...

Haha Contracts was my very first class of law school and the very first person called on the first day hadn't read the case... everyone was so scared for the kid. Good times.
