  • I don't allow them to nude scan me or touch my groin area; I tell them that I feel its unconstitutional and, in effect, criminal battery. They say you have to -- I say No, I have a right to travel and I refuse to drop any constitutional rights & that if they wish to prevent me from moving on I will arrest them for kidnapping. Out of 4 times of patdowns, 0 times I was stopped..their patdowns stopped below my knees.

  • if the tsa did their job to begin with we wouldnt have to go through this bullshit!

  • NO WE DON'T HAVE TO DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

READ THE ONLINE PDF FILE ENTITLED

    COOPERATIVE FEDERALISM

    NOW YOUR RIGHTS AND STATUS

  • i don't understand how people love to be lied to and love to give up everything to be considered that you support america, to be sold the idea that there is this invisible guy that's gonna destroy everything, to be told that, " there's illegals lurking " or " there are bad guy's in a bus or plane " so you say, oh i'm american i have nothing to hide go ahead pass any law you want, search my pant's everyday anywhere anytime.

  • I WILL NOT BE FORCED TO HAVE TO CHOOSE BETWEEN BEING ASSULTED OR BEING ROBBED! ASSULT ME & I WILL HAVE YOU ARRESTED, ROB ME OF MY LEGALLY PURCHASED PLANE SEAT BECAUSE I WON'T LET YOU ASSULT ME IN VIOLATION OF MY LEGAL RIGHTS AND I'LL ALSO HAVE YOU ARRESTED. IF THE COP WON'T ARREST YOU I WILL PERFORM A CITIZENS ARREST AND DO IT MYSELF!(or at least TRY)

  • its realy realy realy sad:(

AMERICA! U SHEEPS, U HAVE LOST YOUR FREEDOM.

and thats where america stands for. freedom. to be protected from goverments/banks/naziscum.

I hope, one day , if all terror supert agencys are gone, il will visit it.

never been there in my life. but im scared just to fly at all.

  • @Iceyyyyyage yup, no fking Backbone, as the rest of the world riots and rises up, The average American grabs a Coke and a big mac and says wtf and watches more FOX news. pffft

  • TURN AIRPORTS INTO FREAKIN GHOST TOWNS. BOYCOTT ALL FLYING!!!!!

  • We need to tell our families, friends, co-workers to stand up to this tyranny! If we will let Big Brother do this to the traveling public they will be in our homes looking thru your things and use the same reasoning. Come on Red Blooded Americans!!!! Enough is enough!!!! Abolish the TSA and their ideas!!!!

  • Its against the 4th amendment. ...we're going to have to do it.

  • @wardust02

No its not. You can either consent to a search, or you can walk away without a search. Its your choice. and It's not against the 4th amendment at all.

  • NO WE DO NOT HAVE TO DO THIS!! ASSWIPE!

  • numskulled idiot.

  • TSA has violated more 4th amendment rights than all other public "services" combined, in the name of a "declared" War against an idea - "terror". NOT an enemy. Why don't they declare war on texting - 6000 people per year.

    We own our own Country.

Hey, if every American brought a handgun on a flight, there wouldn't be any need for screening innocent passengers, right? Semper Fi

  • United States Government are terrorists, drug smugglers, war criminals, and horrific liars.

    9-11 was an inside job!

  • We have exterminated the property owners in Russia. We are going to do the same thing in Europe and America."

    (The Jew, December 1925, Zinobit)

  • PROTEST!!! EVERYONE GET DOWN TO AN AIRPORT WITH THIS ILLEGAL BULLSHIT, PROTEST! WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO PROTEST!!! DO NOT WALK THROUGH THE GATES, DO NOT WALK THROUGH THE GATES, PROTEST, FIGHT FOR YOUR RIGHTS!!! DON'T STAND THERE AND WATCH YOUR WIFE GET FELT UP BY SOME BIG TSA CUNT FUCKING DECK THE CUNT, RISE UP!!!!

  • @FoetusInYourNoodles

All airports will turn into ghost towns by April.

  • Unconstitutional = illegal. What part of this do they not understand? Oh, right, they are criminals, and criminal do illegal things with complete understanding.

  • Open up your eyes, you see the window to the left of the speaker? See how it's an upside down cross? If you were to make this a study, you would see how these upside down crosses are now EVERYWHERE, in every movie made, on every TV station and show, etc. It's mathematically impossible for that to be a coincidence, they are put there on purpose. What it means is Anti-Christ. TV, Radio, Newspapers, Movies, etc are all Anti-Christ and controlled by the Anti-Christ, the Tribulation is about to start

  • The truth of the matter is they dictate events to scare the populace into giving up our rights.

  • If this is truly "something we HAVE to do..." then GO THROUGH THE PROCESS TO ADD AN AMENDMENT TO THE CONSTITUTION! And until the amendment is ratified, STOP THIS

3/4ths of 50 states must ratify an amendment in individual state votes

It is ILLEGAL to impose these unconstitutional actions without an Amendment

The government cannot legally create an unconstitutional action, procedure, or even a law "because it's necessary" or "because there is a threat" or "because we need to make people safe"

  • The truth is the TSA has not prevented one terror event on a plane flying in the United States. They are a waste of time and money and should be scaled back to a regulatory board

  • LET ME TELL THIS ONE MORE TIME, TOUCH ME AND I'LL SUE YOUR ASS. AND IF YOU CONTINUE TO TOUCH ME, I WILL HAVE YOU ARRESTED FOR ASSAULT. DON'T BELIEVE ME? TRY IT AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS TO YOU. YOUR LIFE WILL BECOME HELL. VIOLATE MY RIGHTS, AND YOU WILL BE ARRESTED, DON'T BELIEVE ME? JUST TRY AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS. MFER

  • @fjerins

Then I would look at you. (laugh a little inside), and say fine, I won't touch you, now turn around and go out the door you came in, your not flying out of here.

  • It is time to wake-up from this nightmare America. Our constitutional rights have been stolen by the Global Elite while we snoozed through the past several decades. Now the noose is tightening around our necks and we are SO surprised. The TSA is just one symptom of a fatal disease that is now reaching pandemic proportions. Wake up America. Open your eyes, decide what is right and then act. Do whatever it takes to counter this invasion of the U.S. from within. If we don't act now...

  • In order to be safe, the TSA, Homeland Security and the Police are just gonna have to suck it up and realize that people are going to carry loaded handguns, "we're just gonna have to do it." . . . . . ;-)

  • Your kids aren't safe. They can be taken because you have the wrong slogans in your head or maybe you beleive in a higher moral authority. If you don't stop this BS then your children will be trained to be naked workerbots who don't complain because they think its normal for poodles to have more rights. This makes a joke out of mankinds struggle for freedom and security. This makes nothing out of human beings. This is an attack on the reasons for life itself.KIll this or kill the world.Be people!OK.

  • Dogs can smell bombs and chemicals.........oh ya insiders can't billions off of that.....never mind.

  • get rid of the TSA

  • They shut ALL the scanners down for OPT OUT DAY on Thanksgiving, so they know it's all B.S. !

  • A terrorist could just as easily blow himself up while in line waiting to be searched by the TSA. Obama's federal government and the Democrats are beyond stupid.

  • The Ass Clown can't keep you safe. Now its going on in bus stations in Tampa. 4th Amendment violation flat out. Thanks but no thanks my freedom is more important.

  • Comment removed

  • Sickening.

  • The ACLU website shows over 900 citizen complaints. These are very credible people. Is it, or is it not ,reasonable to assume that everyone buying a plane ticket in this country is a terrorist?

I suggest reading some of the complaints before you dismiss the concerns of anyone who complains about this abuse of authority.

  • The truth is that we are going to have to do it (violate 4th amendment)?

You know nobody wants another civil war, but hey I guess we are going to have to do it.

What's next, violate the 3rd, then 2nd and then 1st amendments?

I say we burn down DC. Then start over.

  • I LOVE how people during the Bush era were so pissed off about the wiretaps, but now we are subjected to electronic strip searches and invasive pat downs at the airports and everyone is ok with that! Really?

  • BREAKING: Bomb evidence at world trade centers, and demolition at building 7. Michael Chertoff was Sec of homeland security, co-authored the PATRIOT ACT, and his firm represents the body scanner manufacturer.

The terrorist are patsies set up by the CIA, and the result is a fascist security state.

OBAMA IS NOT A COMMIE, HE IS A FASCIST! He is not a democrat, he is a neoconservative like Bush. WAKE UP!!!

  • "We're gonna have to do it"

    Nope.

Not me pal. Too many people died to give me those rights and others died to protect them. To meekly surrender those rights out of cowardice or convenience is not something I'm going to do. Find probable cause to search me or FO&D.

I won't fly again until policy is changed or TSA is dissolved.

  • Quote: “Nobody likes having their 4th Amendment violated going through a security line. But the truth of the matter is, we’re going to have to do it”.

Is this guy on drugs? He just admitted that it was a breach of 4th amendment rights, so that should be the end of the story. He obviously doesn’t know what a RIGHT is. Maybe someone should give him a copy of the Constitution?

  • @notbeaten Maaybe someone should ask him to read United States v. Davis, the 1973 case that ruled that airport security screening searches are constitutional under the Fourth Amendment. Maybe throw in a copy of Public Law 107-71, the Aviation Transportation and Security Act, which was virtually unopposed by legislators when it was it was signed into law on the 19th of November 2001 by President George W. Bush.

  • @boomerkid1955 I'm not familiar with US v Davis at all, but as for PL 107-71 being virtually unopposed by legislators.... Well that comes as no surprise. There was a lot of legislation put through after 9/11 that was completely unconstitutional.

Though stating a precedent in law is important for clarity, it's existence in no way proves that the law was just or valid.

I agree PL 107-71 gives an open-ended authority though. But that's a good reason to have it repealed, not condone the intrusion.

  • @notbeaten You are not a lawyer, right? That explains your statement that a legal precedent holding that airport searches are constitutional "in no way proves that the law was valid"? HUH? A case -- actually a A LINE OF CASES STRETCHING NEARLY FORTY YEARS does not prove the law is valid? That makes absolutely no sense, and that is why such an argument will fail in court when these pat down searches are challenged. Read Davis. Read United States v. Aukai, 497 F.3d 955 (9th Cir. 2007).

  • @notbeaten (continued) To quote Aukai, "where an airport screening search is otherwise reasonable and conducted pursuant to statutory authority, 49 U.S.C. § 44901, all that is required is the passenger's election to attempt entry into the secured area of an airport." It continued, "Under current TSA regulations and procedures, that election occurs when a prospective passenger walks through the magnetometer or places items on the conveyor belt of the x-ray machine."

  • @notbeaten Pub. L. 109-90, title V, Sec. 525, Oct. 18, 2005, 119 Stat. 2086,

provided that: "The Transportation Security Administration (TSA)

shall utilize existing checked baggage explosive detection

equipment and screeners to screen cargo carried on passenger

aircraft to the greatest extent practicable at each airport."

So where is your YouTube video about his law?

  • @boomerkid1955 Pub. L. 108-458, Dec. 17, 2004, provided that: "(a) In-Line Baggage Screening Equipment. - The Assistant Secretary of Homeland Security (Transportation Security Administration) shall take such action as may be necessary to expedite the installation and use of in-line baggage screening equipment at airports at which screening is required by section 44901 of title 49, United States Code." That was SIX YEARS AGO. Where was your outrage then?

  • Say NO, Opt out!

Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety. Benjamin Franklin

  • These people have formed a sydicate to sell all the bs of security on us so they have a job. Without all this bs they would be in a soup line. That is what we need to have happen BOYCOTT it and demand it be repealed , The law that makes all this possible, called the patriot act, And the bills name is a lie in itself , should be called the treason act. Everyone behind it is also behind fact we are bankrupt as a nation at this moment. They extorted trillions from treasury

  • aptapathy you are being sarcastic but in truth they do have mobile units that can do just as you describe. And that is also illegal as hell. But the laws have never stop the federal government from any adventure. They mass murder, lie , invade, create deseases with no cures, protect criminals, allow sponsore mass assination world wide so for them to give a dam about your bill of rights that is just to trivial for them to care. We the people have to make them care, Indict them lock them up.

  • I am a liberal and I am outraged!!!! No one is guna scan my children or put their creepy hands on their bodies!! Ughhhhhh. Ya wanna tax me more....sucks but I will do it. When you want to take control over my body FFFFFF YOU!!!! I will fight and fight til this is changed. Hell all a terrorist needs to do is blow up themselves in the airport next....so I guess we all should just walk around naked!!!

  • please take my 4th admendment right away!

  • 1. You have a Constitutionally Protected Right to Travel

    2. You have a fourth Amendment Protected Right to not be Searched or Seized in your person without a warrant based upon probable cause and supported by oath or affirmation.

    3. The supreme court found it intolerable to have to surrender one right in-order to exercise another right.

    4. 16am. jurisprudence 2nd sec 98"No Emergency can justify the disregard of a constitutional guarantee"

    5. No state may convert a right into a privilege

  • @OrganicDrew Care to cite the law for that? In numerous cases the courts have held that airport screening searches are constitutionally reasonable administrative searches because they are “conducted as part of a general regulatory scheme in furtherance of an administrative purpose, namely, to prevent the carrying of weapons or explosives aboard aircraft, and thereby to prevent hijackings.” United States v. Davis, 482 F.2d 893, 908 (9th Cir.1973).

  • @OrganicDrew

Just because you have a constitutionally protected right to travel doesn't mean that you MUST go by plane, you can easily take a route of transportation that does not require screening. Not that I fully support the screenings, but you're basing your argument off of an idea that does not apply to the situation.

  • @loviedoviebabie3 Some people just don't want to spend 4 days of their one week vacation driving.

  • @loviedoviebabie3

Explain to me how I can get to China without flying?

  • @BreakerByte Take a cruise.

  • 1- You still have a right to travel (car, bus, train)

2- You arn't being forced to search, you can give consent, or leave.

3- You can still excersise your right and take another means of transportation

    4- Its not

    5- No state is.

  • These jerks need to get back to the realization that THEY work for US, not the other way around. Airport security needs to start with investigating and pat scanning people who's cultural and ethnic history indicates a tendency to run planes into buildings and cut the throats of female flight attendants. I've yet to hear of one incident like that involving an 80 year old grandmother or a 4 year old child. Keep it up TSA and your fat asses will be behind bars. Mark my words.

  • Rise Up SHEEP! How far will it go? Cant get into a mall without gate rape?

  • @KCCAT5 YES SHEEP, RISE UP AND GET IN YOUR FUCKING CAR AND DRIVE TO WHERE YOU WANT TO GO

  • @KCCAT5 YES SHEEP, RISE UP AND GET IN YOUR F*CKING CAR AND DRIVE TO WHERE YOU WANT TO GO. FLYING IS A PRIVILEGE NOT A RIGHT. IF ANOTHER PLANE WERE TO BE HIGH JACKED EVER ONE WILL SCREAM "WHERE WAS THE SECURITY"

  • @KCCAT5 Actually, they are starting that now in New York.

  • @KCCAT5 Search for TSA Soft Spots to see the video

  • No asshole, if you want to ignore what the 4th amendment says, you must first change it.

  • Fuck Fox News

  • No clown, we are not "gonna hafta do it". You are just "gonna hafta go" .. to a different country to peddle your tyranny!

This is the United States of America, not Israel or Indonesia. GO there and sell your AIP and open pants of innocent civilians to rub them down.

  • Comment removed

  • @votingronpaul2008 Weird, because not even Israel has as a strict security checks for boarding aircraft...

  • Parents that submit minor children for nude backscatter photos should be locked up for neglect. Husbands that submit their wives should be ashamed. I suspect approximately 20% of women will need to remove their tampon to prove it is safe and the insert it back in while monitored will make us safer right?

  • People like this dont deserve the freedoms they have.

  • This man should have all of his rights violated to make him respect them.

  • Remember, our rights don't come from the government, they come from god, the creator or nature (depending on your beliefs) Our rights are unalienable and cannot be infringed.

That assistant administrator's understanding of rights is like a Soviet/Chinese interpretion of rights: the state can give them, and revoke them anytime.

  • If everyone stops flying we will have the best airline security ever known.

  • This guy has no understanding on rights

  • Fuck FOX News

  • @havoKXT

    You like to be searched?

  • They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety.

This was written by Franklin, with quotation marks but almost certainly his original thought, sometime shortly before February 17, 1775 as part of his notes for a proposition at the Pennsylvania Assembly, as published in Memoirs of the life and writings of Benjamin

  • Going to have to give up our 4th amendment rights.

What is next, the 1st? the 5th?

...awwww hell let's all just wear a swastika and a funny little mustache. Maybe, we should start naming all our boys Adolf. I can't believe any American would utter such a thing as, "lets just give up our rights and our way of life".

  • We are searched as "prisoners" are searched without breaking a law. FIGHT BACK!!!!!!!

  • @superhi You are a moron. The US NEVER SINGLED OUT MUSLIMS IN SCREENING. NEVER. Show me one fucking source for your claim you 12 year old dipshit. Anyone not a baby 10 years ago remembers that people may have wanted special screening, but it never happened.

  • LISTEN TO THIS SHIT-KICKING YAHOO. HE NEEDS TO HAVE A RECTAL EXAM DONE BY JOHN HOLMES. ALL THESE FUCKERS AT THE TSA DESERVE THAT FOR THE SICK SHIT THEY'RE DOING TO PEOPLE AND THEIR LITTLE KIDS!!

    eof

  • HAHAHAHHAHAAH DUMB ASSHOLE AMERICANS!!! I work for the TSA and grope the shit out of you sluts, you're asking for it!!!

  • We should BOYCOTT the airlines caused by TSA!

  • superphi get with the real world, it happened to them, because they are the ones that are closely related to these terrorists.. and if the muslims dont have to go through the scanners or the groping, then no one should... there must be a better way.. terrorizing children and discriminating against US citizens is just apart of another story, which the sorry excuse for a president is implementing on us all.. and its because of dumb asses like you.

  • Haha this is what u stupid Americans get, when 911 happened and they descriminated against muslim and only checked them because they look like terriorist, nobody spoke up because it's not happening to u. And now u guys bitch cause its happening to u, now u know how the muslims felt. Haha Karma

  • Hey Mo, I have an answer to your question, you touch my child like that or anyone does, and I will kill you/ them.

  • When did the people of the U.S become the enemy. POLICE STATE

  • What a nice guy that Mo =]

Good thing he's there to protect us!

  • No more flying for me and mine

  • This is clearly the point where we've given up our *FREEDOM* so that we will feel a little safer. Hell with it. I'd rather be a little more unsafe. They've gone too far.

  • Wow screw flying.

  • The Constitution protects all citizens from the tyranny of government. If the 4th Amendment can be disregarded in this fashion, a precedent for the government to ignore all other amendments is put into motion. For instance, for the sake of "security," freedom of speech could be rescinded, search & seizure instigated, being forced to incriminate oneself in a trial will be the rule of the land, states' powers could be denied, etc. Pandora's box here - the gradual dismantling of the Constitution.

  • There is a way to keep "unsafe passengers" off the flights. Israel's doing it, and it's working.

If it's a violation of the Consitution, I'm not letting a TSA groper touch me. Also, should I ever have to deal with those scanners, I will refuse to go into them based on religious grounds. If mohammedans can get away with such a shit excuse, then I can as well.

  • Fuck, that shit violates CRIMINAL LAW, not just the constitution, with sick mofos SEXUALLY ASSAULTING people! Shit's insane.

  • " People willing to trade their freedom for temporary security deserve neither and will lose both."

    -Benjamin Franklin

  • @tryingoutmusic They can't even detect liquids and certain plastics, so it's even MORE pointless.

  • Isn't patting down someone's genitals without any suspicion the same thing as 'unreasonable searches'? Isn't looking at naked pictures of children child pornography? Next people will have to completely take off their clothes at the airport. Heck, we'll probably just have to fly completely naked from now on. It's freaking ridiculous.

  • @1danyol1 Yes, yes, and most likely if we keep electing Republicans and Democrats instead of human beings for a change.

  • I am afraid i am in fear please save us TSA.

  • Going to have to do it?! WRONG. The fourth amendment is one of the reasons we are much safer and freer that the societies that produce terrorists. If we give up our fourth amendment rights, then anyone with more power can and will use that against us all. God forbid we ever get a more religiously intolerant bureaucracy. We would be facing the same problems of having our religious leaders controlling every aspect of our lives if we give up the fourth amendment rights which Americans have die for.

  • Next time I go through security at an airport, I'm gonna take off all my clothes except my underwear because that's what we have to do anything. The scanner can see through our clothes.

  • @boogieman45 All clothes or none. Naked flash mob against TSA

  • Judge Napolitano said: "when the people act like sheep the Gov't becomes a wolf"

  • The US should be following Israel's example when it comes to airport security. Their methods WORK, and with a minimum of fuss and intrusion. And before you start yelling "CUZ THEY STOP ALL THE BROWN PEOPLE" they don't do that. They look at BEHAVIOR, not skin color. This is from a country that has to deal with terror threats on a DAILY basis. I think they know what they're doing. Google Israel Airport Security for more information.

  • Any man that gives up freedom for security deserves neither and will get neither.

  • @buddcinder

    Well said.

  • Traitor!

  • "we're going to have to do it."

Who in the hell is this "We" you are talking about?

The "We" I know of are"We the People". And "We" say stop, you fascist molesting moron.

  • If TSA agents cared about humanity, they would go on strike against these intrusive measure & cancer scanners...

Unfortunately these fools only care about money & not civil liberties... Once you see they don't get paid, they will riot.. ignorant sheeple.

  • Human garbage if ever there were such a thing. If we're going to start ignoring the Constitution why not the parts which establish the Executive Branch too?

  • This guy does not know the truth. He is a puppet of the Obama regime. We live in the most corrupt country ever. Time for the citizens refuse to fly on any plane in the US. Every terrorist was part of the CIA. The guy knows the CIA is causing all the terrorism. 911 occured to make everyone slaves and it is working great. People still think Muslims attacked us on 911 are nothing but sheep. Get ready for the Fema camps.

  • "Nobody likes their 4th Amendment violated, but they got to do it"....well sorry if you have probable cause then produce a search warrant. And that my elitist foe is from the 4th and 5th Amendment. So go piss off saying that I have to do it!!!

  • They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety.

    Benjamin Franklin

  • ROW ROW FIGHT THE POWAH

  • ROW ROW FIGHT THE POWER

  • :51 OMG

  • Paraphrased: "Is trading your rights to your own body as a human being worth it to keep your children safe?"

Ready, I can disprove this. I'm not a threat to any children, because I don't want to blow myself up on a plane, therefore I don't need my rights violated, thanks.

    That was easy.

At this point all the children need to be saved from is abuse from the government.

  • we need to have the "nude" airways... then all the sheeples can feel safe..

as for me... pat me down baby. I'm the one wearing a skin tight skirt with no undies (haha) Remember Nov 24th ...demand a pat down..

  • just wait until that fourth amendment violation comes in the form of fingers up your ass. cavity searches are the new black.

  • This is stupid. This isn't going to keep anyone safe. Terrorists will just find another way. It's naive to think that doing these BS searches of people is going to help anything or keep us safer. There are a million other ways for terrorists to infiltrate our country. I will keep my son safe from having absolutely horrible memories of someone poking and prodding at him in the name of safety.

  • it's funny how often civil liberties are curtailed in the name of 'keeping our children safe.'

  • Fuck TSA

  • Remember the frog in the pot of water. Your papers please, citizen.

  • "They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety." - Benjamin Franklin

In other words: When you give up your freedoms for fear of terrorism, the terrorists have won.

  • @pabloconrad123 precisely

  • I really like the we won't fly/opt out movement but someone needs to organize a petition for those of us who are opting-out of flying altogether to sign, with the option to briefly explain why, to name the specific airline that is used, and how many tickets are usually purchased per year. The site needs to be set up specifically for this use. An official tally of how many customers each of the major airlines has lost to date needs to be posted in a highly visible area, like the home page.

  • @deoxyribonuclease I am opting out of flying altogether in protest, I have emailed my local congressman, everyone should do the same.

  • The masters are preparing the people to control each other.

  • I was flying from SJO to PDX for Christmas, but a 12 hour car ride is starting to look very constitutional.

  • I don't know what you prudes are all up in arms about. Frankly, I enjoy the intimacy provided by those TSA officers in those sexy uniforms running their hands up and down my body. Think of it as a free massage and enjoy it!

  • @Battleloser I know you're being sarcastic, but what really makes this issue a c-c-c-combo breaker for parents is that they're expected to submit their children to this. Let's not forget also the fact that the disabled, victims of sexual assault and molestation, and frequent flyers (pilots, business passengers, flight attendants) are being asked to participate in something that goes beyond unreasonable when their unusual circumstances are considered.

  • stop flying.

  • We could just not fly and let the airlines sue the TSA

  • @digitallysick But the holiday traffic is already horrific, think of how much worse it will get!

  • in short... this whole thing pisses me off. Big time. I think its time to get off my lazy ass and do something. You in? Let's Roll.

  • Maybe we should just be scanning everyone whenever they leave their houses. We can set up TSA checkpoints right outside everyone's front doors so that we always know we are safe in public.

  • @aptapathy They don't wait for you to leave your house anymore. They are are now using this same technology to scan houses. They have vans that can literally see through the walls of your house and see what you are doing.

Just search here for Backscatter Van....since I can't submit my comment with a Youtube link in it.

  • @aptapathy Mandatory blood and salivary tests for everyone! Heavens knows what kinds of anthrax smanthrax you could be hiding under your skin or in your mouth....

  • they have yet to catch a terrorist

  • I'm not indifferent to the outrage this statement should induce, but it would be nice to hear the rest of his statement for full context instead of cutting it off mid-sentence.

  • @billwaltonFTW It still processing, but I've posted the full interview.

Basically he asks if trading your Constitutional Rights isn't worth it to keep your children safe.

  • @treocast to keep your children safe from what, somebody touching your childs genitals. Its bullshit! Protest it as much as possible. Two airport TSA staff have already been fired for abusing this system. Whats next, some pervert in the TSA photographs a scan of your naked child and puts it on the internet? Its a disgrace.

  • Comment removed

  • @treocast As Ben Franklin correctly said "Those who would give up Essential Liberty to purchase a little Temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety."

  • @treocast Ahh, yes, the argument about keeping children safe. The battle cry of the fascists.

  • @treocast And the answer is, "No."

  • @treocast "Basically he asks if trading your Constitutional Rights isn't worth it to keep your children safe."

Ahh the fallacious fear mongering argument disguised as pro-family values to facilitate compliance as they strip us of our Constitutionally guaranteed freedoms.

    Gotta love it.

  • @billwaltonFTW Its cut down for time sake. People are willing to watch one minutes cllips, most people aren't willing to watch a 30 minute segment.

  • @corruptcarrot He's not asking for a 30-minute segment. He's asking for him to finish his response... maybe a 1.5 minute clip, two tops.

  • @billwaltonFTW I remember that interview. That admin really did say, "We're going to have to do it." Full stop, and might as well have been the end of the memo. And in so saying, he forfeited the argument. He stood there and said back to a journalist who might otherwise have been sympathetic, that the government would no longer have the luxury of distinguishing reasonable from unreasonable search and seizure.

  • The Constitution and its Amendments limit the power of government. They cannot breach an amendment as it is a breach of duty by an agent of government.

The United States and the Agencies thereunder is a Trust, and the Constitution is the Trust Instrument that binds and limites them in the powers granted to them in trust by the people. The People were the Creators of that Trust, the People and their Posterity (heirs) are the Beneficiary, and the servants/agents are the effective Trustees.

The US gov is the ones doing this!

They will not do anything until some famous person or a jusges wife or something gets groped!

  • What the hell is this Alex? You just keep talking about it but not what people must do. Call 911 on sight and arrest those sex offenders, matter or not they are woman or man. If cops do not arrest TSA then criminal charge on cops. Use our laws. Tell people this way and do not just talk about how bad.

  • Shocker that they don't care about violating the constitution when it fits what they need.
