I saw Omar at a place called Shades in Illinois, circa 1990-91 maybe. Too bad he's not really beating the heck out of his guitar like he does sometimes. He has actually bent the steel rod in one of his guitars and it was replaced for free by the maker. I don't remember who, I think Gibson. One of his crew told me about it. He is awesome!!
