have had this phone for a while now and found the orangeness unbearable, very very easy to root and installl cyanogenmod 7.1 version of android which i love, everything in the video still stands except it's very rare to find amoled screens on these phone because all new ones now have a tft, but it's still very good :)

I have one of these phones... Can't plug in usb to simply click and drag files on / off the phone. I believe there is no actual software for transferring but I could be wrong and so far I am unable to update any drivers as there isn't actually anything wrong with them.

i have now 2 phones: htc desire and xperia play. i find the desire very slow for its price and therefore have bought the xperia play. Speed matter alot on android devices, otherwise it feels very shitty. I do not recommend this phone if you can afford a htc wildfire s or galaxy ace, or xperia mini pro. These are better alternatives.

I got this phone about two weeks ago and can only say that it is very, very good. 480x800 Resolution, 512MB Ram and a 600MHz processor along with perfect touch-sensor, can it get any better? I can also run Asphalt smooth with the newer Android!

I love this phone. Got a defect one with dead pixels and the home button didn't work, also bad RAM-memory. But I just swapped for a new one today and put a InvisibleSHIELD on it, I'll start it up for the first time tomorrow. Let's hope it works!

In UK it is Orange San Francisco and example in Finland it is ZTE Blade. Same Android, same phone, but why in Orange is clock on home screen and you can change home screen, but in ZTE you can't? Why?

@davomrmac If you put a CM7 2.3.3 for examplee, the camera gets 720p resolution just to take pictures, video its still the same. try it, it will take pictures in 720p HD its really cool. I have it on my zte blade.

Ok I Bought This Phone And Returned It A Day Later, 1.The Battery Only Lasted Me 40-45min 2.The Wifi Kept Dropping 3.When I Ended Tasks It Would End Things Like My Live Wallpaper And That Would Really Tick Me Off 4.Orange Would Add All Their Stuff Like Apps I Didn't Need Even When The Phone Is Mine I Couldn't Rid Those Extra Apps.

Brilliant video mate! I just have a question as i didnt hear anything about it. You mentioned the WiFi, and obviously you have to stay close to your connection for that to take effect, but when your out and about does it have good internet browsing then? For example would i have difficulty using Facebook or YouTube when im on the bus or train? Thanks

i would't say its a alternative to a galaxy s but its a very good phone and easy to use. There is no official 2.2 released for it but there a loads of custom roms you can find. I have one and i've changed a lot from when i first got it and it works really well and a great touch screen for the price!

Its £99... Really what did you expect? 600Mhz is bloody good... considering the iPhone is 633Mhz underclocked... and as for the power button they had to lose quality on some things... I got one today and so far its pretty good and i have had an iPhone 3gs. it was the bluetooth that made me sell the iphone... The can is no better nor worse. Your being far to fussy for £99
