When Richard shouted, "Tether it!," she shouted "Okay! I am!" while doing nothing (no attempt to tether it) but staring the balloon floating away.

I think I had a minor heart attack when the balloon was found empty on live CNN, because I assumed the boy fell out.

So I'm still angry at them.
