  • epic fail... this however, is why it is good to test these things... so that when we are in a real emergency we aren't caught with our pants down... that we can actually warn everyone without an epic failure like this

  • @Imagiworld IT's not a test, It's a demonstration of power, when the martial law kicks in, they sure as hell will be ready to send FEMA in.

  • @armedyboyedik1995 yes it is just a test

  • I didn't get to hear this live due to a Spanish test I was talking but after all the hype, this is how it went down...sounds like it needs some work

  • Sounds like this test didn't go very well. I heard it on a radio station in Louisville, and the audio message was unintelligible.

  • I find it interesting that some (I'm assuming cable?) boxes said "National Test"

  • About 5 channels here in Maine were stuck on a full screen FEMA logo for about 30 sec after the test.

  • This has to be a Cable TV set alert. In Orlando, our Cable provider showed the screen with the alert, but local affiliates for NBC and Univision did not showed any alert. Simply put, the National EAS has failed!

  • @caa1000 it was only on 3 channels in southern California, at least where i live. I had to have my tv scan the channels to find one.

  • Did cnbc Europe viwers say this

  • @dtvfan15 Nope?

  • They were just waiting for it, cool. Glad to see it worked for you.
