I can guarantee you that pollution has killed more trout than carp (which inevitably you are responsible for as well.) so why blame carp? By the time most of our major rivers are reduced to a piss stain current, carp will be the only fish strong enough to survive. So get use to them buddy they aren't going anywhere.

Not the federal government, but my state sure is. They did away with about 1.6 million in just one lake in my state. Which is Utah. Yeah, we know a thing or two about wildlife out here.
