I'm sure most of you know that the eps of Superstars and Wrestling Challenge were taped months in advance, so I'm wondering if some of these were recorded before the WrestleMania IV tournament match.

One thing that I don't get: why didn't these two fight at SummerSlam '88? Instead, Rude defeated Junkyard Dog via DQ when Jake interfered, and Jake pinned Hercules after a DDT.

Loved the battles between the Ravishing One and the Snake! I cheered for Rude! He was at least up front about being "arrogant" or "rude" with Mrs. Roberts. She didn't have to strike him as Jesse mentioned. No wonder Rude snapped and grabbed her wrist.

Funny how Jake ran to the rescue and quickly found himself on the concrete floor. He had too much of a temper and Rude knew how to use it against him. I believe Rude pinned Jake "clean." May the Ravishing One rest in peace. We miss him.
