  • @candlePrince Finally someone explains it. Thank you :D

  • Why does superflat back off the sharpness to zero? Surely it makes more sense to set maximum sharpness, and then reduce it later in post. When I film using superflat, everything is blurry.

  • what exactly makes it "superflat"?

  • @MotorcycleBoiReigns sharpness - 0, contrast 0, saturation -2...err...i think...

  • @themorningperson lol no

    a lot more involved

  • @profittlich you mean download from cinema5d dot com the pp and use canon software and paste it in? come on man...

  • This is very good, thank you for posting your reply to Seanfilms with your superflat settings, is it possible for you to add a tutorial on your video editing you used on after effects to change it from superflat for the contrast etc? Or tell us what settings you used from Magic bullet looks, much thanks

  • How do I get Super Flat?

Is it a setting built into the camera or is it a 3rd party software that I have to download?

If so, where can I find it?

  • @SeanFilms Sharpness: 0 | Contrast: -4 | Saturation: -2 | Color Tone: 0

    GoodLuck.

    SzB.

  • @SautiZaBongo Thanks mate

  • @SeanFilms use the neutral setting for picture style and push all the levels down like SautiZaBongo said, except leave color tone alone. I had downloaded the picture syle "superflat" from a photo website, but after trial and error found that the neutral setting provides a better range for the 7d. Superflat works best with 5dmkII

  • @ryanatthm Much appreciative
