I am a girl and know weight loss is hard. I've always been about 30 lbs more than I should but for the past 3 months i go to the gym 6 days a week for 2 hours a day and eat lean. It is really worth it. Are you into the workout thing? Nice doggie.

Hi! I have been trying to post this forever, but it won't ever show! I want to tell you some things. I lost 70 lbs since 2005. It was a slow lifestlye change (which is how you keep it off! I've only gained 6 lbs back during a stresful time. I didn't excercise per say, I just...did more. I parked far from the stores, took the stairs, walked the dog, etc. I would NOT aloow myself 2nd helpings, I put the fork down actually on the plate to force myself to eat slowly

When she is around I have no chance with peaches.
