Most Generals today are blah; yet General McChrystal is fascinating; I find this man heroic, incredibly interesting. I hope he writes a book!
History has alot of Generals from the past that interest me -- Patton, Grant, MacArthur, Jackson, Bradley, Lee, Washington, etc., but most today are BORING! Generals today aren't fascinating and cool, etc BUT MCCHRYSTAL WAS!!!! Its a damn shame and a joke that candyass politicians dont see greatness when its in front of them.
Gen. McChrystal can not control his mouth. That's why he is a great catch for any foreign spy. I think he should be investigated to see if he accidentally betrayed any military or state secrets to people who surround him. It is possible that he talked about our military secrets to total strangers without being aware of it.
