  • AWESOME IVE BEEN NEEDING TO KNOW THIS STUFF

  • Thank you

I will get this no matter what. God bless you for doing this. it's a huge help to me.

  • Please send me a way to contact you through email. I really value your teaching style. I was bamboozled for Vacation Bible school at my church in two weeks and they want me to play everyday (long story). I am so nervous and would love some extra advice. alexusjoanne@yahoo.com Thanks

  • tony, you are the best! it's taken me days to get this, but i finally did. my only suggestion, would be to play what you are teaching us, through twice, slowly, so not only our eyes but our ears can hear how the song goes. God bless and thanks soo much! i hope you keep sharing your incredible talents with the world. where can i hear you just play, not teach?

  • LOVE the tutorial. Really helped me out. A cool addition for any other viewers to this run is wWhenever you play D flat 7 chord, and I mean any time, you can play these chords real quick:

    E flat / B / E flat

    E flat / B flat / D flat

    then the D flat 7 (B / D flat / F / A flat)

Really fattens it up if you're COGIC like me. Especially once you play through the first verse and walk up to the the E flat aug7 transition that takes you back around to playing the whole thing again.

  • thanks so much tony! this is wonderful!

  • Tony: Trust me here because I subscribe to all gospel keyboard tutorials that I can find: YOU, yes Y O U are hands down the best teacher on YouTube. Your tutorials are so completely correct and easy to understand and follow that you can NOT be touched by ANYONE on YouTube!! I am saying that to ask you to please, PLEASE keep posting. It has been awhile and I know that it takes a lot of time and effort, but OMG I could learn more from YOU in one video than ten others on this site. PLEASE?!!

  • I appreciate the breakdown, this is about the I have seen it taught, so thanks, I'm also wondering if you could do a breakdown of traditional chords that you would play for a soloist like His Eye Is On The Sparrow, and When I see jesus Amen. Thanks for the teaching

If I see you do about three examples of these songs, I should be able to figure out the rest by myself, God Bless!

  • That progression applies to this little light of mine.

  • Wow! GREAT break down! If you have to play for a Pentecostal/Apostolic church and don't have a bass player you 'sho betta' learn this stuff lol haha.
