that is amazing how that big of a mouth can move like that how long does it take to make each mask

We're probably pushing the limits on size of a prosthetic with this one.

As the mouth gets bigger, it can get floppier without an underskull to support it.

Sculpting and casting usually takes a 20, 40, 60 or more hours depending on the size & detail.

Making each copy is a 15min job, with 3-4 hours in the oven.

Application can take 1 to 4 hours depending on the detail and size.

would it be possible to wear this 24/7 and sill eat/drink ormaly please reply and also when you smile while wearing mask does it make the mask smile?

You could wear it for a long period of time if it was made into a mask instead of being glued on, or if you glued it on with a stronger adhesive such as medical adhesive.

It can flex and move, the mouth itself won't smile, though with some flex and eye/brow expression it can be seen to be happy.

also does it distort your speech or make you sound different or do you sound normal still

Foam latex prosthetics won't distort your speech, though it can sound muffled if you don't exaggerate your mouth movement.

Projecting your voice can help with this as well.
