If he build his chest, back and traps more to be inline with the rest of his physique, he would be very proportionate. I have been bodybuilding for many years and I know it takes time to build muscles, specially when you are natural, and you have to watch that you don't overdevelop a muscle, or it will take you long time to even it out.
