cos its same intro music with megaman 2 where dr willy introduces his castle.......love this stage 1 fortress music.....and even the castle looks alike with the megaman 2 one.....btw,why this megaman 9 cant slide and cant charge power?it goes back like megaman 1 and 2.....of cos back then,there is no rush.....

Jewel Satellite is my favorite weapon in this game. You can run with it and destroy the small enemies at the same time. :)

The Jewel Satellite just makes everything so easy XD if I say so myself. It's like a freaking protective barrier that only dissapears when you scroll to the next screen or go to the pause menu.

This is what makes megaman games so wonderful ! The old feeling ! The music and the game line-up. The series are immortal !!! And at top of that we were shocked when this game came out in 2008 !

But i only have one wish if they're gonna make another " nes megaman". My wish is that you can charge your main weapon :) !

The main issue I have with this game is the designers made it too 'retro' i.e., you can't slide, have no buster, recycled sound effects, etc. It should have followed MM6.

If you do some research behind the goals and aspirations of megaman 9 you'd find that the most hardcore of the hardcore megaman fans hail 2 as the pinnacle and as such they wanted to revive everything that made 2 what it is. The concept of back to basics is something the video game world needs I think as budgets for games keep getting ridiculously huge while gameplay values shrink.

Wow you used the Rush Coil to get to the energy tank, now didn't I think of that. Because I keep using the Cement Shot and freeze the 3 lava pillars and jumping on them. Really tedious. Can someone please explain how the boss fight works at the end? Am I suppose to kill the blue robot 1st then the red bots last?

you can destroid the robots in the order you want, but i recomed you to destroid the two robots from the bottom until they dissapear and then take caer of the other two.

easier way to go BACK up after dropping from the E tank is to wait on ladder. concrete shot the top beam... boom, walk right acrosss :D

That was some quick shooting wit the mega buster. Not using the Wiimote, I presume?

I don't think the controller will make much difference on shooting speed. I have a classic controller and even when you try to alternate between the two fire buttons on it, it will actually lock up the firing (so you can't fire extremely fast by smashing the two fire buttons..you're limited to 1).
