  • what asshole, jumping AGAIN not surprise when its question about Semenko, yeah he definetely won this scrap decisively but couldnt meet face to face J.Kocur and Probert for example. and other time when he fought more honest fight with Probert as he got owned, TKOd by Probert, give me laugh hes joke bec he was poor bully type on the ice.

  • did cementhead EVER square off evenly with a guy? he always seems to be jumping guys before they're ready.

  • Ron Finn sucks. He always lets his guy get a bunch of shots in while he's supposed to be tying him up.

  • Hit him a few more times while he's down Cementhead!

  • ah ha the ref stopped it to prevent Otto being killed

  • @skinwalkerxxx the ref was actually helping Otto get killed

  • Otto held his own against some pretty tough guys in his career.

  • I remember seeing the Oilers in Montreal. Chris Nilan got a shove from behind, dropped the gloves, turned around, and...looked up. It was the only time I saw Nilan out out his league. After 3-4 Semenko hammers, NIlan just grappled for dear life. Nasty nasty customer and it is no coincidence that Greatzky had his best season with Semenko on the ice.

  • @Nedzorz1 Nilan was never a good fighter. He pratically invented the sort of hooking style we see these days in a fight. Where you avoid getting hit the most possible.

  • lakeerie excuse me ?...semenko never jumped anybody from behind..he was a straight head on fighter

  • @pajamaanne

ever see the probert semenko fight?...semenko was kinda known for being a little on the cheap side,,

  • @byramtax I saw Probert jump Mcarthy, and still probert go his ass handed too him. Probert got knocked down and out more than Semenko ever did, and dont forget the WHA all they did was brawl.

  • @michealjoesph

then you have seen about 3 hockey fights if you think that big mook was even in the same class a probert. good lord

  • @byramtax fuck u ass-wipe,k Probert was a cheap shit ass. Semenko in his prime have u see any footage from the late 70's and early 80's? No u haven't, i grew up in Edmonton, so fuck off. I saw it live big time, he broke more faces than Brown did. so do some home work, would u say that to Semenko's Face?

  • @michealjoesph

lol,,i guess we found semenkos boy friend,,,are you bending over for him right now?...i have seen them all buddy. semenko flat out sucked,,about the only persons ass he could kick would be yours..i would say it to his face,,and im saying to yours,,,now i tap you on top of your little head and send you away with your tail between your legs...

  • @byramtax hey asshole, how many times did probert get dropped or koed? a lot more than Semenko, actually I dont even need my whole left hand to count for Semenko, Probert in his prime and Sammy, Sammy wins.

  • @byramtax Probert was a cheap shot ass, saw him cheap shot lots of guys.

  • @michealjoesph

aahhh no not really. never without a reason, or i should say very rarely without a reason. again,,,watch a fight, semenko was a joke. his best attribute was he was willing to go with anyone,,or at least willing to hug anyone, didnt actually fight very often.

  • @pajamaanne semenko jumped todd ewen, probert (Oct 87), korn, he even jumped little punk gary howatt

  • Classic Semenko for sure! Jumping a guy from behind or when he was already down. Loved it when he jumped and pummeled Jim Korn though.

  • Classic Semenko :)

  • semenko kicked his ass like he was a red header stepchild

  • yeah cause the guy was on all fours. You get on all fours, and see if i dont "kick your ass like a red headed stephchild"

  • LOL, Joel Otto looked like a rag doll there.

  • pretty surprising because otto could fight pretty well he just wasnt in semenkos league

  • Joel Otto was never the most apt fighter but what you really have to give credit to him for is the fact he never backed down from anyone - even if he was going to lose bad, he'd still take you on, so he deserves a lot of respect for that. ... Now the NHL seems over-run with "tough guys" like Sean Avery who give the gob and talk loud when matched up against a smaller player who doesn't fight, but when someone his own size confronts him, he hides behind the ref. Sad what the NHL became, isn't it?

  • otto did pretty well in the fighting department and i would like to see more players like that in the league they seem to have disappeared. the only one that comes to mind right now is lucic in boston.

unfortunately there will always be scumbags like avery ott and steve downie who have no heart and no back bone.

  • @deron1973 There's always been players like that though, as the number of players in the NHL grows, so do the number of divers/whiners/cowards.

  • Semenko Rocks!!!!

  • otto was beat from the start.........
