  • The responsible for this tragedy is the Capt. of the ship and the Phil. Coast Guard.

    The Capt. Should consider not only the merchandise but most of all the lives.

    And the Coast Guard was aware that there was a typhon why did they allow the vessel to sail? It is a lack of wisdom to ignore the typhon. I suggest to all authorities who are engage in navigation that they should consider the natural force whether it is signal #1 , #2 or whatever state of calamity that will take lives.

  • I will never call this an accident...pwede pa sana itong na avoid if the captain or coast guard people had high tolerance in safety.I thought Maritime's motto is "Safety First".which they highly failed to follow.sobra sa homicide ang ginawa nila.

    nagpaka hero kasi...sinalubong pa ang bagyo,eh pwede naman sana e-cancel muna ang byahe.Now its too late. I lost a friend and a partner at work.

  • Sulpicion is just one shipping lines that encounter sea tragedy. And dapat na tutukan and imbestigahan dito ang Philippine Coast Guard.. In the event of sea tragedy evey minute counts for life to be saved... pero anu reason ng coast guard malalaki daw ang alon kaya d sila maka rescue!! Eh dyan nga sila trained to face worse weather conditions.. anu ba ang salitang cost guard rescue boat and ships?

  • D'problem of PAG-ASA sa pinas is not about low tek. Ang CORRUPTION na walang PAG-ASA mawala. We used to have small vessel too at pag may bad weather, overloading or etc.. u can never leave d pier w/out LAGAY. That was then and NOW!!! Animal lahat iyan. God Bless those poor souls.

Imagine the pain, anger and frustration of losing a loved one in an accident that could have been avoided. It will be a shame if no one will be held responsible and imprissoned for this.

  • Anything that shows me update of what happened to the voyage is healing to my part. As of now my brother is still missing and the video is the soul channel of the agony that my brother had to suffer. I feel his agony, this things might be prevented if the coastguards of the Philippines did not allow this ship to cruise. How irresponsible and shameless. I just hope and pray that my brother is alive for my parents sake. I feel bad I cant be with them. You tube friends please save a prayer to all.

    Sulpicio management gave a *go to the ship to continue its voyage.

    Sulpicio made that *decision because it is their decision to make, since there is an understanding between the Philippine Coast Guard and every shipping lines that the decision is to be made wether the ship is to continue at storm signal #1, is to be decided by the company.

    By the time *princess left manila storm signal is at #1, and the storm path declared by *PAGASA was that *FRANK was suppose to go North...

  • ...But instead *FRANK went *NORTH WEST crossing the entire *VISAYAN region.

    Which is the regular *Routes of Shipping lines in the Philippines when going south.

    At that Point Storm signal in the Visayan region went #3, so the ship is already being battered by rough seas,

    And the Captain of the ship decided to take refuge, in some of the islands nearby.

    Somewhere there The ships *Engine Failed and wasn't able to recover, and that leaves the faith of the ship to the sea current and winds...

  • ...After that the captain informed the authorities about the condition of the ship and hailed *mayday.

    The Philippine coast guard acknowledged and was too scared to go for a rescue because the weather was totally *screwed.

    and so the captain declared *ABANDON SHIP,

    so the crew deployed the order to the passengers to wear their *LIFEJACKETS.

    somewhere at that point the ship being pushed by the rough seas was forced to run aground and got *punctured in the hull, so the ship was immediately...
