im sorry but you're mistaken. "sovereign immunity" is not constitutional. the gov't has no rights. the constitution is of the people and the people grants gov't certain privileges. "sovereign immunity" is not one of them.. especially when it involves infringement of the people's rights.

so basically, there won't be any justice for these crimes.

GTMO base isnt the issue. the main issue is the prisoners they have held hostage there. Obama may be calling for the close of that prison, but not the release of the prisoners. they are still being held there with no habeas corpus rights. many have no idea what their charges are, are being tortured, and have no way of getting out or fighting a case (which is hard to do if you dont know what the charge is)
so youre talking about the base while im talking about the prisoners and their rights.

something I noticed during the election (fraud with acorn involved) was that those with republican conservative values were the ones with the lower electoral votes, so the conclusion of what to do was clear. Many with "real" republican values must do two things. 1- move to California and Florida 2- home school their children in order to prevent infection from the liberal which fill the streets.

Capitalism can only work if free of corruption. When govt oversees it to ensure regulations are in place, then it works as it is supposed to. Not owned by Gov but overseen, the way police oversee crime. That's not what happend the govt were on vacation, the mafia just about took over wall street & sent the economy down the toilet. I think you've explained this beautifully. According to actuarial tables, McCain has a 25% chance of dying in office (though I wish him a long life).
