As FAB has said before, this is the 21st century. The hospitality industry has to wake up and realise that they are now completely accountable for the way they treat patrons. ANYONE at ANYTIME can post a review or a comment via any number of websites or iPhone applications within minutes of receiving service good or bad. Anyone planning on visiting a venue only has to spend a few mins searching reviews to decide if it's worth it.
