Iran is well known for its unspeakable atrocities against women and gay people. One thing however, the Americans caused the regime to be established in the first place by supporting the Sjah and his reign of oppression and self-enrichment.

Another one of those problems caused by interference in the internal affairs of a nation.

I really enjoyed the video! I went to Iran this year and I absolutely loved it! Its amazing that I actually went to the exact same places as you did (even that cafe in Esfahan) I live in Europe and I wish more people here would know how Iran truly is... Thanks for making and posting this video!

I am from Iran myself, and I think that Ahmedinijad is a danger to our country. Nothing against Iran but the situation is just getting dangerous, these extremists are destroying the world. Give women the rights. Why cant we be like european countries. We all should fight terrorism, I agree and at the moment iran is getting dangerous for other countries. I live in the USA and I love it hear. Get educated and talk again.

I agree about the held hostage part. This is true of most working class people in the world in my opinion. I had a Persian friend in Tehran who told me stories about how his friends were arrested in protests and never seen from again.
