  • 'BemusedExpression' is completely CORRECT! And this Tara Wilson - has she ever BEEN in a church? And then to mention 'try looking at a decorating store for a cross'...maybe try a christian bookstore honey. Your wedding ceremony decorations are set by the official performing the ceremony. The altar is a sacred place. It is not the florist's decision. Bemused isn't being angry - she's being respectful. Learningartagain has a number of things to learn, art being very far down the list.

  • Never mind talking to your florist. First talk to the clergy-person who will be conducting the ceremony. Many churches do not permit floral arrangements on the altar, which is reserved for Holy Communion -- although other places in the chancel may be all right. Remember that a church is a holy place for worshiping God, and what happens there is entirely at the discretion of the presiding clergy. Save the "events planner" for the reception.

  • honey get a personality. you seem so angry.. like the girl who is always the bridesmaid never the bride.
