  • Hey Eric, Thanks for posting all the great videos and definitely keep them coming. I believe I have some Rotator Cuff Tendonitis. If this is an injury that you've had/dealt with before, can you give me any advice/tips on proper recovery through this? It's really affecting my upper body lifts (overhead press, bench press, pendlay rows).
