This is well intentioned, but utterly inadequate.

The Arab nations should have gathered together long ago to overthrow Saddam, but didn't.

Whether they are Arab Muslims, Arab Christians, Arab Hindu's, Arab Atheists, should be irrelevant.

The fundamental policy inherent in American government is that you worship as you see fit. No one is permitted to direct your worship in any way.

To suggest that "The war in Iraq will be won by Muslims" is ludicrous and in fact, un-American.

This is much too logical and doesn't involve the US wasting billions of dollars on defense contracts. It would also completely circumvent the purpose of the Iraq war, the aquisition of Iraqi oil by the US and UK. And how are we supposed to invade Iran and Syria if we don't have our base of opperations in Iraq? Nice try.

Nice work, it defienitly is a nice exit plan for the US and would help strengthen ties with Middle Eastern countries and the American government. There is no guarantee that it will stop the civil war in Iraq, but it defeinitly gets the US out of there.

The only problem I see is that there will almost inevitably be agendas that dictate how the surrounding countries police Iraq. They don't want to touch Iraq, but if they are forced to, i think they start taking over business assets.

So basically America (and the UN) pays the surroundin countries, sets the military objectives and political plans, asks them to police Iraq with their own forces?
