So my varsity teammate dlatjddnr95 finally told me how he started dunking, he s shorter than me, he s only 5 6 but jumps over a foot higher! Apparently he took the training plan over at 50inch vertical[dot]com and gained over 14 inches in his vertical leap!

dlatjddnr95 I'm 5 6 and I can do some crazy dunks. Honestly, anyone can do it, just follow the right training program. I recommend the training at 50inch vertical[dot]com but any workout could be followed if you can check they work

First of all, to play this game, you need a good graphic card. I use ATI Radeon 3850 HD, but it still lags for me since my other specs do not balance with my video card.

You can play this game with your computer keyboard or you can enjoy 2k9 with a joy controller pad.

i know this is a stupid question but .... where exactly can I PRACTICE in nba 2k9? :O :F

When you first go into the game, it should automatically lead you to quick game. From there on, press ESC key, click on game mode, practice, and choose one of the three practice options.

If you wish to practice freely, choose "tutorial." Otherwise, it is your choice to play other modes.

how do you dunk on pc and how do you make it show how good the release was when shooting?

First, the way to dunk is by pressing Enter (turbo) which is at the corner of your number pad + number 4 (shoot).

Second, your release only appears during the practice. During games, it depends on how much you know about the player's release, and you need a bit of luck along with the game.
