Duvall, the first lead singer that is really just a backing vocalist. No one can replace Layne. The best option is to do exactly as they have done. Get a glorified backing vocalist for Cantrell's vocals. This is brilliant. Black gives into Blue is an awesome album, and proof that AIC was not just Layne. BTW, the drummer is poetry in motion.
