that was a great ship! was this the 1 that almost tipped? if not, which one was it. Im curious because i was on the one that almost tipped, beforehand. The time it tipped was the next cruise after i was on it.. : /

The Golden Princess would fall into that "Suspended nightclub above stern" category, the Sappphire princess is in the "Skywalkers lounge expanded, located back", thus given a COMPLETELY open air back. If it's all the same with you, I prefer the version on Golden, Grand and others, above the stern.:) I miss going up the ramp.

Note that half of the ships from the 1990s on have those big-ass bridges over the stern with the trademark Skywalkers Lounge nightclub and others have the club back and larger.

I've been on two Princess Cruises [the onyl vcruises so far], in just 6 months-Golden and Sapphire in chronological order, and that's also the order of their make [though they were built a number of years earlier in the decade-Golden in 2001 and Sapphire in 2004.]

I was one of crew members and one of experience I got is very hard work 12 hours a day 7 days a week for 8 months on the prinsess ship. Even you cannot imagination how look work over there for shitty money, fucking rules, management and all the staff. So can you tell me how passengers can by happy when crew members are unhappy ???

I just got back from a 7 day cruise aboard the Ruby Princess. It was actually very good for a Princess cruise. I haven't really been a big fan of the line but Ruby Princess and her two sisters are very good ships.
