Erasure were just so good musically. Looking over their catalogue it surprises me how many great tuines came from an act that probably isn't as well appreciated as it should be. These are tunes you could hum all day - a sign of good music.

My favourite Erasure record. I think this, Aztec Camera's Somewhere In My Heart, Prefab Sprout's King Of Rock And Roll and I'm Not Scared by Eighth Wonder are the four records that really sum up the late 1980s mood. A great era for songwriting, great melodies, great lyrics, great beats. Love it!

I love it that this electro sound is back! Check out new Basildon band 'electro kill machine' on youtube. I saw them in London last month and they were fantastic. They are from same town as Depeche Mode, Vince Clarke and Alison Moyet.

This reminds me of 1988 in Redstone Arsenal, AL, my first year in the Army (AIT). My roommate had this tape and I always like the synth pop sound even though R&B/Hip-Hop were my main grooves. This was my favorite Erasure song, but I never knew that it had a video until now. I can't believe that it’s been over 20 years, wow... thanks for posting this cut.
