The difference with a joke about Michelle Obama looking slutty is that it wouldn't even make any sense, because she doesn't dress anywhere NEAR slutty. It's not that just calling ANYONE's appearance slutty becomes a funny joke. If Michelle Obama dressed slutty, there would be tons of good jokes, and any critically thinking person would not object. If you just stupidly brand someone as being biased against the right, then you're probably the one who is biased for the right.
