I train at Vital Gymnastics in perth. if you got to the pkaus website and look in the "WA" area there are address details for them in one of the sticky threads.
ok and i was the ranga (red haired person) that sat down to watch you. ur awesome! and sorry i couldn't come the wednesday after that, coz i went to a camp up at margret river for a week, so i should be there this wednesday to train. lol i can't wait!
I use imovie sometimes on the mac when I want to do a good job (the perth wide jam vid was done in imovie) but I was in a hurry with this one so I just threw it together using windows moviemaker that comes free with windows on my GFs PC.

It's actually all one song. It's a tune by "Dual Calibre" called Sensei.
you can find them on myspace with the dir /duelcalibre
I highly reccomend "Severe Trauma" too.
