@KandiKidKJ It's about hunger, obv. And not the ordinary hunger, the hunger to satisfy your soul. A lot of people try to satisfy that with work, school, kids, videogames, etc.
@shadowcastrbrn however, capitalizing the h in "He" and "Him" is a grammar crime. For some reason I doubt you would capitalize the letters in Buddha, Yaweh, Allah, and Krishna.
@paranormal17 I highly doubt that religious alignment has much to do with basic sentence structure and grammar. Arguments are not exactly my aim at this moment. And FYI I have a religious alignment of my own but the idea of forcing it upon others is absurd so I respect all beliefs and wish all those who believe in them the best. Have a nice day.
@paranormal17 Actually (apologies for late response) I pride myself in being very diverse in thought. So I don't criticize any religion or show a lack of respect for them. I also believe in proper English, which is something people tend to forget about. So in short I will capitalize letters in names because that is a grammar rule, and has nothing to do with my religious alignment. So next time you choose to judge someone please think about it first. Have a nice day. :D
I adore God and this band. I think this song is saying that if you are living a life of evil while acting like God isn't there, you will hunger for more evil, but if you go to God, you will no longer hunger for what you are substituting God with. Basically, trust in God. <3
@NaiHihana talking about how we fill our lives with things that arn't God and as long as we do that we will always be hunger, always want more of what ever we are substituting for him.
i think its about relationships or friendships where one person is giving there love either way to the other yet they feel like they are being ignored while you communicate with others just not that person like they dont matter, but when they feel down they turn to the person who is being left out like thats it only for confort.
@THEidiots101 How can you believe that something appeared from nothing, but not believe that something appeared because it was put there? Which makes more sense, you decide.
@PointBlank1032939 Dude,I'm just saying that "God",as you like to call him, Might be called something else, I made a dumb joke. for all we know his name could be Bob.
i was christian, athiest and now agnostic they're all just different ways of understanding life- religion tells you you're smalll but someone cares about your existence
athieism that you are a tiny atom in the ocean purley because you can be
agnostism tells you hat you may be small and insignificant but there probably some god oput there who gives a damn about you only you can't find them because they work in ways that are beyond our pathetic comprehension.
how can u belive in God without believing in organized religion. Im not religious persay- I have the christian faith...but God is a God of order, not confusion.
It says in the bible that where 2 or more people are gathered in worship He is there.. so you dont have to believe in "organised religion" to believe in Christ.. you dont even to have to attend a church every Sunday to believe in God.
i used to be a christian then i kind of rejected everything (i found it too hipocritical) became an athiest and now i have slowly become an agnostic so you may be right
@PsychicGirl17 It doesn't matter if you're Christian or not. No one type of music is restricted to be listened to or enjoyed by just one specific religion. There are many people out there that are nowhere near Christianism but they still love Fireflight and their music.
To the believer, Jesus is first. Jesus Christ is love. The enemy is the the one to fear if your not a believer. 'You're waiting for a sign The fact is "faith" is blind.' Joh 10:10

What is this song about?
soccerlady32 4 months ago in playlist Music
@soccerlady32 I was reading the lyrics on Pandora and "him" and "he" are capitalized, so I'm guessing it's about God/religion.

i love how people forget to capitalize the "g" in God especially since that is not only a sign of respect, but a basic grammar rule.

ok, people, it takes more faith to believe in some "big bang" or whatever then it takes to believe in God....i mean seriously.....
im not trying to make fun of any religions or anything. im just saying that it makes more sense that God created the world then the big bang

atheism is a joke. i mean just think about it. i dont believe in organized religion but i believe in god
sorenthewindmage666 2 years ago 5
Somehow that was a brilliant commentary and i agree about atheism being a joke.
I haven't choosed a religion yet but i strongly belive in God. And not some scientific mumbo jumbo lol.
But this was OT.
Like this song.
Probably is the second best Fireflight song next to Unbreakable.
