If you lower a little bit the settings .. you might just get about 60-70 fps without any significant quality loss ( in GRID). I don't remember what settings am i using at home on a POV 9600 GSO .. but if you want .. i could get them checked when i get home from work.

@benturbops3 So, I take it this is your Current card? You should really do an Upgrade to something like a GTX 260, Because that would decrease alot of your bottleneck, because I know a 9600GSO Is bottlenecking that processor.

A GTX 260 new is 100$ on newegg.com, and its 896MB 448-bit GDDR3.
